Make this day of rest a technology free day and the uninterrupted conversations, not checking for an email or social media alert and the novelty of being unavailable to the rest of the world. This will allow your nervous system time to unwind and relax from the constant ‘in demand’ mentality that goes with the bing, buzz or ring. It will also give you some quality one on one time with friends and family to reconnect without the interference of phones or tablets.
