Protein Rich, low-carb, dairy free, no sugar and light yet filling… Usually Poached eggs on a bed of spinach or alfalfa with avocado, olives and dukah would satisfy this prerequisite, but as cooler weather approaches the body craving something a little heartier – but without the ‘over eating’ feeling. If you’re a fussy, delicate or a strict coeliac, there are some protein rich foods for you to introduce into your breakfast plan to make it last longer and leave you feeling fantastic.
