Is there a difference between Organically and conventionally grown produce

60 % of studies show that organically grown fruits and vegetables have higher levels of nutrients and phytochemicals than conventionally produced food. 30-35% of the time there was no substantial difference, however when we look at the pesticide Dietary Risk Index of organically grown vs conventionally grown produce it is clear that the effects conventionally grown produce has on our bodies.

What are the risks?

There is compelling evidence that even low-level exposure to  organophosphate insecticides from food and the environment is contributing to neurological and developmental problems in children as young as 2. From this we can deduct that the effect of pesticides and environmental contaminants is affecting us on a cellular level.
