No dairy, wheat, sugar banana bread

This is an easy banana bread recipe that is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup LSA mix

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2- 1 tspn (each) cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
  • 1/2 tspn (each) bi-carb, baking powder
  • sprinkle with walnuts or other
  • preheat oven 180C & bake in loaf tray for 35-45 minutes, place the loaf at the top of the oven & test with a skewer at Β 35min.
