This is an easy banana bread recipe that is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, enjoy!
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup LSA mix
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2- 1 tspn (each) cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- 1/2 tspn (each) bi-carb, baking powder
- sprinkle with walnuts or other
- preheat oven 180C & bake in loaf tray for 35-45 minutes, place the loaf at the top of the oven & test with a skewer at 35min.
